Most Common Error Codes (All Series)

• OC / Overcurrent (F0001): Motor short circuit, acceleration too fast, or incorrect motor parameters.
• OV / Overvoltage (F0002): Deceleration too fast, regenerative energy, check brake resistor.
• UV / Undervoltage: Power supply issue, phase loss, or unstable mains voltage.
• OH / Overtemperature: High ambient temperature, blocked cooling fan, or overload.
• EF / External Fault: Digital input configured as external fault triggered.
• Communication Error (F0030+): Check bus wiring, baud rate, bus termination, and station address.

i500 & i700 Series Specific

• STO Fault: Safe Torque Off input not active or wiring issue.
• Parameter Lock / Write Protection: Disable parameter lock in keypad or via software.
• No display / Dead unit: Check 24V control voltage supply.

8200 / 8400 Series

• Encoder Fault: Check encoder wiring, power supply to encoder, and parameter settings.
• Motor not rotating: Verify output phase rotation and motor data matching.
• High motor temperature: Check PTC / KTY sensor connection and motor cooling.

Safety note: Always disconnect mains power and wait 5 minutes for DC bus capacitors to discharge before servicing. Only qualified personnel should perform parameter changes or repairs.
